For our client, an italian manufacturing company, we are looking for aManaging Director.
ob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and business development, with a proven ability to drive profitability and lead a diverse team.
ey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s strategic vision and goals in alignment with the overall corporate objectives.
uild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
nsure the company stays ahead of market trends, technological advances, and customer demands.
onitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health.
ead, mentor, and develop senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of employee engagement, performance, and retention.
oster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.
versee daily operations across all functions, including finance, sales, HR, production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
