Mechanical Foreman - The candidates are kindly requested to submit their resume in English. Required:FPSO ExperienceSeaman''s Book and certificatesResponsibilities:Oversee installation and alignment of mechanical equipment such as:PumpsCompressorsValvesTurbinesEnginesHVAC unitsEnsure correct fit-up, bolt torqueing, grouting, and commissioning preparation. Manage mechanics, millwrights, riggers, and helpers. Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure productivity. Enforce site HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules and procedures. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure use of PPE and safe work practices. Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical systems:Leak testsMechanical run testsWork closely with QA/QC and commissioning teams. Interface with piping, electrical, structural, and instrumentation teams. Collaborate with planners and engineers to solve field issues. Monitor daily work progress, manpower, and material needs. Report to the Mechanical Supervisor or Construction Manager.
