Act as Merchandising Supervisor, carrying out visits to PDV, Negotiations with Store Managers, Management of the Promoter Team, Management of Merchandising Materials, Management of Promotional Actions, Monitoring Prices, Spaces and Brand Visibility, Support to the Sales Team, Analysis and Presentation of Results.
Implement and execute the 5Ps with excellence at Points of Sale, detect opportunities and capitalize on them through value propositions.
Strengthen the relationship with point-of-sale decision makers to support the achievement of sales objectives, market share, shelf share and exhibition share.
Group leader and facilitator of the Call Value System.
The candidate must have.
Bachelor’s Degree; Experience in merchandising; Skills and experience in People Management; Driving License B – Valid; Focus on results; Knowledge of the Internet and Office suite (Excel, Word and Power Point) Availability for travel is essential.
