MES CONSULTANT (M/F/D)

Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and part of Körber Pharma, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a role as Consultant (m/f/d) in our growing team based in Spain and France.
The candidate will be supporting the delivery projects of Werum PAS-X MES solution and other software solutions to our local and international customers as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business.

The position is remote based in Barcelona with trips to Spain and abroad.
Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
Your role in our team   You advise and train customers on our MES-software solution PAS-X You are able to guide the customer on the way to the realization of his individual MES needs Together with our pharmaceutical customers, you will implement their processes in our PAS-X software, and take care of the associated design specifications You resolve client issues and problems on site and remotely, from replication to diagnoses to problem analysis Within ongoing projects, you also assist with validations for PAS-X MES software You organize and hold PAS-X product trainings and support within national and international projects You will familiarize yourself with PAS-X through various trainings and projects, and will become an expert for PAS-X implementation – with our help and support of course!     Your profile   You have gained a degree (preferably a master’s degree) in life science, engineering, IT or related fields Ideally, you have professional experience as a consultant in the field of software support (ERP/MES/LIMS) You are interested in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutions Ideally, you are familiar with the processes within the pharmaceutical industry and with the FDA-regulated environment You like to communicate with people and you are confident in dealing with customers You are easily able to see the big picture, but also enjoy working on technical details You are able to familiarize yourself with new topics independently Our customers experience you as enthusiastic, competent and with subtle powers of persuasion You’re a real team player and enjoy collaborating with others You have strong analytical skills You have Service oriented mindset and autonomy and have ability for team work Since we work closely with our customers, you are willing to travel frequently You are fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are a plus   We will treat all applications confidentially.
