Client Impact Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statementsContribute to the development of analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client valueCollaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs, agenda, and risksDevelop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner  Team Collaboration & CultureCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients Independently identify trends, patterns, issues, and anomalies in defined area of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findingsLead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project managementContribute to the firm's intellectual capitalReceive mentorship from performance analytics leaders for professional growth and developmentRequisitos:CONTRATO DE 4 MESES COM POSSIBILIDADE DE EXTENSÃO MODELO HÍBRIDO, 3X POR SEMANA (ZONA SUL DE SÃO PAULO)Basic qualificationsUndergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analyticsExperience managing clients or internal stakeholders Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings Proficiency using data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs Preferred qualificationsAdditional data and analytics experience in building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySparkAbility to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligenceExperience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environmentAbility to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutionsRelevant industry expertise
