What Youll Do -Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications. -Architect long-term solutions with reliability, security, and scalability in mind. - Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services. -Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring features to life. -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture. -Drive quality through best practices in testing, automation, and agile workflows. What Were Looking For -Strong experience developing and maintaining mobile applications at scale. -Proficiency in React Native, and hands-on experience with at least one native platform (e. g. , iOS - Swift, or Android - Kotlin/Java). -Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization. -Track record of delivering user-facing features and improving app reliability. -Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end). -Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. -Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern CI/CD pipelines. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!) Experience developing native modules via the React Native Bridge or Fabric architecture. Previous work on consumer-facing fintech, edtech, or gamified platforms.
