About the team/role We are looking for an Operations Analyst to drive the growth and success of our merchant base. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and can leverage data insights to enhance partners performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve merchant supply quality and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you''ll be. . . Participate in operation strategy making, including but not limited to leads analysis, merchant segmentation and prioritization, performance improvement, etc. ; Understand local market and competition landscape, through robust analysis and data insight to provide sustainable B2B operations strategies; Coordinate with business development team, product team and other stakeholders to implement various strategic projects and improve platform merchant supply quality continuously. Bachelor degree or above, preferred experience in O2O / E-commerce industry; Critical and structured thinking, data sensative, able to diagnose and solve problems in a practical and efficient way; Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated.
