Operations Analyst - Develop dashboards in Power BI or Excel to monitor logistics indicators, promoting real-time visibility of operational performance. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using tools such as macros, scripts, smart spreadsheets or RPA platforms. Design standardized operational flows for operational routines, ensuring clarity in the execution and documentation of processes. Conduct a detailed survey of the stages of logistics activities, identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiency and control. Monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing shipment data, identifying deviations, operational failures or opportunities for improvement. Establish and monitor quality standards in logistics processes, supporting corrective and preventive action plans to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel and automation tools - Experience with flowcharts and mapping of logistics processes - Analytical capacity to evaluate operational data (inbound/outbound) - Organization, proactivity and good communication with operational and management areas - Knowledge of quality and logistics performance indicators (KPIs)
