Collaborate with speed and finance teams to align on the best overall strategy to meet both strategic and operational goals.
This role requires hands-on operational experience and emphasizes quality execution and management of transportation lanes within Amazon’s growing network.
The position focuses on delivering day-to-day operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities - Define and optimize transportation lanes based on volume patterns, service requirements, and network capacity - Ensure proper implementation of new lanes and route configurations - Raise data points using operational performance evidences to influence and propose changes - Collaborate with sort centers and transportation teams to validate lane viability - Coordinate with sort centers, transportation execution teams, and supply chain planning teams - Lead daily/weekly operations reviews with key stakeholders - Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in program or project management - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in route planning and optimization - Fluence in Portuguese and English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading process improvements - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
