In every Fulfillment Center, our teams receive deliveries, pick products, package them, and ship them out.

We are looking for an inspiring and capable leader to ensure we continue delivering on our customer promise while enabling our teams to excel with a customer-obsessed mindset.
Key job responsibilities - Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes - Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees) - Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures - Optimize resource allocation and labor planning - Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Employee and performance management experience - Experience with lean manufacturing principles - Advanced English Skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Data-driven decision making skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
