Paid Traffic Manager - We are looking for an organized, reliable, hardworking, & detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our team. As a Traffic Manager, you will help to ensure that in-house ad operations run smoothly. The Traffic Manager is responsible for implementing all in-house ad campaigns across various platforms (online, mobile, and devices). This includes, but is not limited to: ad placement, design and testing and providing campaign reports and analysis to support the sales team. The right person is detail oriented and organized; its the only way to handle all the content we have and make the most of it in an effective and impactful way. The right person has a huge vision and moves fast, ready to make big moves and quickly. Extensive experience in acquiring paid online traffic with successful measurable results. **Responsibilities**:- Traffic, test, and maintain all online, consumer device, and mobile advertising campaigns- Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting- Create reports to monitor campaign delivery and to communicate relevant metrics to sales team- Ensure completeness of ad campaigns to specification- Work collaboratively with the sales team to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of ad product performance and conversions- Help implement test campaigns in various format types- Provide additional support to company operations for other campaign types, including our existing online business and our new Tapping Solution App**Salary**: BRL5,000 and room to make excellent commissionsThis is a full-time positionPay: From R$5,000. 00 per month**Language**:- ENGLISH (required)- PORTUGUESE (required)
