The partners are trained to prospect leads, pitch Sellers, provide launch assistance (e.
., catalog and listing), and post-launch engagement.
Mentor team created daily mechanisms and strategies to improve seller experience.
Key job responsibilities - Manage a pipeline of e-commerce consultants, integrators, and content creators - Ability to influence and guide partner strategy interacting with CEO, operations and marketing leaders - Own and develop mechanisms to scale partner operations, education, and support - Actively hunt potential players in the market and build internal projects to leverage results through partnerships - Own and report key business metrics to senior leaders/act as a project manager for key program initiatives - Work with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Business Development, Project Managers, Marketing, Operations, etc.) - Enable partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they can teach and train merchants to become self-sufficient in managing their catalogs, inventory, and performance efficiently and according to required standards.
The position covers BR but we expect you to build mechanism and best practices with your peers in MX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent - Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
