Job Description.
Payroll Analyst The role of Payroll Analyst is to ensure that the assigned input and output interfaces that connect the payroll/scheduling area function properly so that associate payments and benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Routines for assisting associates with their queries, assisting Mars segments with the preparation of reports, calculating holidays, terminations and processing the monthly payroll, checking and collecting charges on time.
What are we looking for? Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration Desirable at least 5 years of experience Experience of SAP as user Possess good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Intermediate English Desirable experience in Processing Payroll with.
Termination Calculation, Holidays, Tax, e-Social, etc.
Differential experience with Sênior System Payroll What will be your key responsibilities? Calculating holidays Termination calculation Monthly salary calculation Reconciliation of accounting accounts e-Social, IR, FGTS and INSS Resolving problems and issues related to employee payroll Preparation of closing reports Monitoring audits Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance High analytical skills What can you expect form Mars?
