Job Description Ready to level up your career?    Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Risk Desk Manager to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP.

You will...
Lead, develop, and oversee the Risk Management Unit in São Paolo, Brazil.
Oversee day-to-day handling of risk management cases across all systems and platforms relevant to the team.
Manage complex chargeback cases, compromised accounts, and fund recovery efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Act as the point of escalation for internal and external communications related to serious risk concerns, verifications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with cross-functional units (fraud, compliance, legal, customer support) to enhance risk detection and prevention capabilities Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, collect feedback, and reinforce process changes.
Prepare and present different reports.

Are fluent in English.
Are a Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
Have 4 years of previous experience in a similar role Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
