Polarion Fullstack Developer - Collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions. Work hands-on with Siemens Polarion ALM for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance. Apply modern development standards to architect scalable, testable, and secure systems. Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning. Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software. Continuously improve development processes, tools, and code quality with a focus on security and compliance. What You Bring: 35 years of hands-on software development experience (. NET, Java, or equivalent). Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability). Understanding of ALMPLM integration , system architectures, and NFRs. Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e. g. , AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice to Have: Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools. Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC . Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
