rocess Engineering The team will be comprised of capable Process Engineers that can be deployed into GPL teams as additional short-term support in line with OP initiatives and priorities identified by the Process Board.
They help GPL teams complete process design prior to Platform development taking place, ensuring Platforms are fit for purpose.
ole and responsibilities:•Along with the E2E Design Team, contribute to E2E design in support of the OP Initiatives and GPL Domains•Support GPL domains where additional resources are needed to accelerate deliverables with:•Development of Business policies•Process design•Process documentation•Process improvements•Spar with GPLs to identify where they need support and align on support needed•Sparring and coaching FPO community to upskill organization on process excellence methodologiesKey Metrics:•Process maturity levels•Effectiveness of program roll-outs & implementationsKey Interdependencies.

Currently in a strong process role in any IndustryTrained Black belt with multiple process design and improvement initiatives10+ years of experience of which 3 years must be in Process DesignStrong understanding passion for designing processesStrong collaborator, communicator, hands-on, ability to work agileEducation.
Min bachelor degree in engineering, business or equivalentProcess Design Expertise.
In-depth knowledge of process design, development and improvement methodologies.
reat collaboration and consulting skillsCollaboration.
Strong ability to collaborate with participants from diverse teamsCommunication and Influencing/Consulting.
xcellent communication skills to anchor actions to address E2E process dependencies in GPL orgs.
