Procurement Executive Manager - Reviews the overall effectiveness of strategies and identifies further opportunities / makes improvements. Articulates the category vision and road to improvement to all stakeholders in clear, inspiring terms and builds and enhances cross functional/multi-disciplinary team working. Obtains sign-off for all category strategies within area of responsibility. Monitors progress of strategies and changing business environment. Monitors progress of numbers and targets and support the team Ensures that LATAM sourcing practices and processes conform to overall procurement policies Ensure systems, policies and procedure adherence. Procurement strategy execution Ensures that Business Needs are being attended Facilitates category team liaison with internal stakeholders, category owners and suppliers, to set up product testing and evaluation. Ensures strong buy-in and Influences decisions to help implement and sustain initiatives. Lead cost reduction programmes Track improvements over time, monitors execution and modifies plan where appropriate to keep teams implementation pace Ensures good governance in all aspects of category management and contracts management Purchase orders approval Stakeholder relationship management Guide and challenge strategies for negotiations with suppliers. ; Manage relationship with suppliers at top level of supplier organization. Aligning Strategy with your pair Managers Facilitates communication and information flow between end-users and the supply market. Identifies benchmarking opportunities. People management Manage priorities and provides guidance to the team Supports the collaboration of subordinate staff / category teams with other procurement areas on strategic categories. Ensure systems, policies and procedures adherence. Secures resources suitable and sufficient to support business objectives for the category team Provides direction to the category teams and manages category team performance through individual performance contracting and review. Ensures effective communication within and to the category teams and promote a positive working environment. Enhances team credibility through effective and efficient service delivery and resolution of issues. Identify training and knowledge gaps within the team and arranges for the necessary inputs. Responsible to manage intern activities and development. Requirements & Skills Minimum requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing; Cost management and TCO expertise; University Graduated Advanced English level; Advanced Spanish level; Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel Domain of negotiation techniques, SRM and Strategic Sourcing Strong knowledge of Market and main suppliers of Category Leadership skills to plays a mentorship and coaching roles Advanced requirements (nice to have) MBA Degree SAP/Ariba systems previous experience Behavior Skills Leadership to drive and inspire the team to excellent results Strategic thinking Proactively seek improvements. Be a solution provider; Maintain a healthy leadership and attitude under pressure Strategic skills and critical sense to challenge the status quo Focus on lead the business in a profitable and sustainable manner;
