Job Description Responsible to technically support sales team on Cell Biology products with the goal of growing the business and achieving Sales Targets.
The role holder will use technical and commercial knowledge and external context to commit to and deliver profitable initiatives that build sales.
Work together with Divisional Leader, Marketing team and Commercial Management to develop strategic plans to sell products and workflows of Bioscience Division (BID).
Monitor and analyze sales results and market trends to support implementation of the divisional strategic plans.
Realize technical visits and calls with customers and distributors to promote our products and to have good understand of the market trends.
Develop close working relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and scientists’ leaders to promote products and solutions from BID.
Prepare and perform technical speeches as pre-sales activities in customer sites (research, clinical, pharma, etc), in Congresses, Seminars, Workshops and in ThermoFisher Customer Experience Center.
Organize and perform product demonstrations, partnering with Support and Marketing Teams.
Organize and give technical training to Sales teams and distributors.
Work together with functional departments (Regulatory Affair, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution, etc) to share product/ Market/ competition information to align actions and strategies that can have an impact on customer experience for BID products.
Main Activities.
Develop and maintain close relationship with KOLs Perform technical trainings and speeches as pre-sales activities Help to build funnel pipeline and join forecast calls – analyze sales results and market trends to help Sales team to build BID funnel Scientific and technical support for Sales team and distributors Work together with functional areas to develop BID products.
Marketing, Service and Support, Regulatory Affair, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution, etc) Visit customers (with or without Sales reps/ distributors) and develop opportunities for BID products Drive adoption of our NPIS and continuous technical knowledge Support Planners to build local stock Work with Divisional leader and Marketing team on Promo strategies for BID product lines.

Minimum requirements.
Biological graduation (Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical, etc), preferably with Master and/or PhD in the same area English Fluence (writing and speaking); % travel availability São Paulo based Laboratory experience with solid knowledge in the areas of general cell culture, transfection, antibodies, ELISA, western blotting and other protein and cell analysis workflows.
