PROGRAM MANAGER

about the role Within OINIS and within the Regional Cluster, the Cluster team serves as the Network budget owner for the countries within Americas Region (LAM, NAM and MCC sub-clusters) compassing customer accesses, domestic backbone circuits, colocation and old model POPs costs.
He/She works under the authority of the Head of Cluster Americas and as part of the GWEN/NIA/AME organization.
The Cluster team is responsible for the end-to-end budget and quality of service (QoS) for the OBS network in the region, leading discussions and initiatives to improve the countries cost/revenue ratio in his/her region.
In this capacity the Cluster team is taking care of everything related to Network such as cost effectiveness, quality of service, carrier relationship of the network within the region.
To do so he/she is supported by other teams within the regional organization in functions such as Sourcing, Finance, CSO and peers within NIA AME organization.
about you knowledge and abilities Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required, as well as M1 level in OBS Ability to work well in a virtual team and globally dispersed environment.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Be force of proposition and action leader Data crunching and analysis Ability to interface effectively externally with suppliers and customers, as required by the business   education, qualifications, and certifications Advanced degree in business, or science (or other relevant area).
