PROGRAM MANAGER, LATAM SELLER TRUST

This role offers the opportunity to participate in projects with high visibility across many different Amazon teams.
This person will be responsible for analyzing systemic friction for Amazon selling partners and reflecting Amazon policies and standards.
They will work closely with the LatAm SX team to improve existing processes related to SP enforcements, and will work autonomously to increase enforcement transparency and accuracy.
They will also partner with other marketplaces to find regional synergies and best practices, being a voice to define program and product priorities for LATAM.
Core responsibilities.
- Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements - Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information - Create a self-service structure for selling partners, reducing the need for business intervention BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
