This role presents an exciting opportunity to revolutionize our operational processes through modern AI and ML technologies, while driving operational excellence and efficiency.
Key job responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end transformation of Payments Business Operations, focusing on efficiency, self-service capabilities, and AI/ML-driven solutions • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize key operational processes • Develop and implement AI and ML use cases to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation initiatives with broader business objectives and technical roadmaps • Drive data-driven insights and translate them into actionable improvement plans • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and payment partners to support innovative features and launches • Orchestrate high-stakes business events and operational reviews, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Solid program or project management experience - Solid developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree - Advanced to fluent in English - Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and ML technologies for business process optimization PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
