PROGRAM PROJECT MANAGER

Program Project Manager - This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related initiatives under NDA project, with a particular focus on SAP access management and access segregation . The Program Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, while managing program scope, schedule, budget, and successful delivery of key deliverables. The role will also include support for onboarding contractors, program governance, project planning, and coordination of various SAP activities across global teams. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in program management, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex initiatives —ideally in a global enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e. g. , PMI, Agile). Expertise in budget management, resource optimization , and risk mitigation . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a matrixed corporate environment . Solid understanding of business processes and how they integrate across functions. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and MS Teams . Preferred: Experience in SAP access management/access segregation , or having led/implemented access management solutions in an SAP landscape. Familiarity with NDA projects and handling sensitive enterprise-wide data or access-related projects is a plus. Core Responsibilities: Manage program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with goals . Develop and maintain detailed program/project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and oversee execution of SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Define and track program/project metrics aligned with internal methodologies. Monitor performance and proactively address issues or risks impacting delivery. Facilitate communication across global teams and leadership to ensure alignment. Ensure compliance with program governance processes , including regular reporting and participation in decision-making forums. Lead continuous improvement efforts across program/project delivery practices. Optimize cross-functional resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery. Key Deliverables / A detailed program/project plan with defined objectives, timelines, and resources. Clear budget management documentation with monthly tracking and variance analysis. Regular performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Resource allocation and capacity planning frameworks customized to operational needs. Risk management strategies specific to SAP access and regulatory requirements. Documented program governance and decision-making workflows. Stakeholder communication plans tailored for various levels of leadership. Recommendations and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives . Preferred Skills and Capabilities: In-depth knowledge of PMI, MSP, Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Ability to lead complex programs involving SAP access controls , contractor onboarding, and compliance management. Skilled in change management and driving adoption across global teams. Expertise in navigating a matrixed, global enterprise. Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills . Comfortable with program tracking and collaboration using Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and MS Project . Proven ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives .
