Maintain streamlined systems for introducing new materials, tools, and technologie. SChampion a maker culture of building, tinkering, and repairing across the community. Train learners to use maker-space tools safely and independently. Co-plan learning journeys with homeroom teachers and arts specialists. Build interdisciplinary experiences across physical and digital spaces. Document and display learners theories, drafts, and iterations (e-portfolios, showcases). Curate workshops, talks, and external partnerships that broaden perspectives. Shape Early Years and Lower School projects so their impact extends beyond our wallsconnecting community partners, documenting for external audiences, and catalyzing real-world change. Engage in ongoing Action Research on emerging materials, techniques, and pedagogies; share insights and iterate practice with the team. Report project progress to the Principal and Project Coordinator through concise, data-rich updates. What success looks likeHigh learner and educator engagement scores in maker-led projects. Semester-on-semester growth in prototype output and showcase quality. Consistent, visible documentation of learner thinking and creative process.
