What You’ll Do Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs.
Collaborate closely with the client to identify and implement more efficient management strategies for proposals and ongoing projects.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project proposals, client onboarding, and other key processes.
Utilize leading project management software to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage and organize important documents, including contractor tax information and invoices, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Monitor and guide team members to maintain progress and adhere to project timelines, ensuring the smooth operation of all initiatives.
What You’ll Bring 4+ years experience as a Project Manager on creative services projects or within a digitally-focused environment.
Experience directly managing clients, as well as, multidisciplinary internal project teams Ability to “translate” between clients and creatives, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrated as part of a project’s successful completion Rigorous organization and management skills; conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, clients, processes and systems Excellent communication skills and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
Excellent analytical and numeracy skills Defining process efficiencies Flexibility to work full-time during standard business hours in the US Pacific Time zone.
