PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN

Public Relations Intern - We are looking for a Public Relations student to join our PR team as an intern, supporting account management. If you enjoy challenges, are proactive in identifying trends and developing disruptive ideas, and have the organization and responsibility to work from home, this is the place for you! The selected candidate will be part of the PR team, assisting in the creation and execution of public relations activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for PR account management. Produce press materials (such as press releases, news briefs, and articles). Stay up to date with news and identify media opportunities for clients. Engage with the press for content distribution, media invitations, and relationship-building events. Support client event communication and press accreditation. Participate in events, internal meetings, and client meetings. Research media coverage and update the client PR Tracking spreadsheet. Assist in producing weekly operational reports and monthly performance reports. Support other PR activities to help the team with daily tasks, including drafting press pitches and meeting minutes, researching suppliers, identifying new events for clients, and filling out media requests, media briefings, and other related tasks. Qualifications & RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, International Relations or Journalism. Interest in topics related to finance, technology, politics, and cryptocurrencies/blockchain/Web3. Excellent Portuguese language skills, with impeccable writing and grammar. Advanced English proficiency, enough to participate in video calls with international clients. A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery. Strong organizational and self-management skills, as the role will be hybrid, with most work done remotely (with occasional in-person meetings at the agencys office in Osasco and with clients, as well as attendance at industry events). Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required)Familiarity with the technology, Web3, and/or finance industries. Previous experience in Public Relations.
