QA ANALYST

Responsibilities:-Create and perform tests to identify software problems-Analyze and describe bugs and errors found during tests-Document results of tests for product and software development team-Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience-Works together with engineering to help delivering expected behavior for applications-Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test coverage plans and cases-Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs-Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsRequisitos:Required Skills:-Proven work experience in software quality assurance of 4 years, in-depth technical support (tier 2 or above) or similar function-Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes-Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases-Knowledge and understanding of web services testing, http protocols and transactional formats (JSON)API related tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)-Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process-Exceptional attention to detail-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills-Good oral and written communication skills-Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision-English and PortugueseDesired Skills:-Hands-on experience with automated testing tools-Software programming languages and development-Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP-Experience with QA in DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) workflows or similar software applications-Being able to skillfully query relational and non-relational databases-Experience with performance and/or security testing-Experience in Cypress
