Your Role and Responsibilities - Knowledge of web structure, operation, and usage; - Knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager); - Ensure that pages comply with IBM’s standards and accessibility requirements; - Identify issues and errors and ensure their resolution; - Write comprehensive reports related to the issues found, adding screenshots, logs, examples, or references if necessary; - Good communication with the team to explain issues and negotiating skills to ensure corrections; - Provide feedback for feature improvements; - Ability to review a web page and provide insights to improve the user interface and user experience; - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess issues and find solutions.
