Recruitment Community Manager - We work in markets across Europe and the United States, with candidates from all around the world with a focus on helping startups scale. We are looking for a Community builder and Social Media manager for Mentor Talent, your role will be to manage our Social Media accounts focusing on ; engage with the tech and startup community and engage in social sellingResponsibilities:Take a part in the creation of a strategic plan of Mentor’s client baseBe active in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong networkBe responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer successAcquire employers that are searching for tech talent to our platformGenerate own leadsRequirements:Has worked in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environmentExperience & network in the HR/ Recruiting IndustryFluency in English (spoken, listening and written)Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skillsAble to build rapport and establish credibility with clientsCapable of identifying business opportunities & market gapsAmbition to stay and grow with company long term with a focus on expanding our client baseA flare for sales and negotiationAn understanding of RecruitmentAAccountStrong communication skills and a personable approachEfficient and a good attention to detailTo be accountable for all successes and failures and be ready to take risks and think on your toesTo be Resilient – your role will involve cold and warm calling and you will need to be persistent in your approachA positive outlook and hard working personalityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
