What you will be doing?Manage the different recruitment processes for our client, end to end, focused on providing the best customer service and the best experience to the candidate through the control of metrics, consulting and preventive strategies for continuous improvement and achievement of objectives. Maintaining open and assertive communication with the client and the different stakeholders, as well, proposing in a consultative manner possible proposals for improvement in the recruitment processes, thus improving the relationship between the parties involved. Key ActivitiesAttending and guide intake calls with managers. Sent and make presentations to the client of potential candidates to fill vacancies. Execute the full candidate''s process: source, contact, interview, schedule upcoming interviews, coaching, follow-up and offer process. Collaborate as an integral part of a team, with reciprocal motivation, and effective communication, in order to work in synergy. Make reports, update trackers to keep candidates data and conduct presentations to share relevant information to provide visibility and process results. Pipeline preventive candidates. Occasionally attend meetings at client''s office to establish relationships, have the correct communication, and work close with HRBP & HM. What are we looking for?Bachelor degreeFluent English skills. 4-5 years of experience in similar roles involved in Talent Acquisition. Preferable recruitment experience with manufacturing products industry, FMCG and different distribution channels. Consultative profile. Organization, adaptable, responsability, detail oriented, communicator, negotiator, customer service focused, high energy, must of all. . enthusiastic.
