Responsibilities The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of production activities on shop floor by creating, monitoring, and adjusting the production schedule in line with demand and capacity constraints.
SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company\us Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and complies with the Company\us Rules to Live By Places Quality, Health & Safety, Security and protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers or the communities in which we live and work at risk Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations   QUALITY Responsible for being familar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement   OPERATIONS Create detailed production schedules that align with demand, resource availability, and production capabilities.
Assess capacity and workload weekly, implementing measures to prevent overload.
Eliminate shop overload by distributing the load evenly among work centers with similar capability and establish outsourcing plan wherever needed.
Coordinate with production to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.
Respond promptly to changes in demand or production disruptions, adjusting the schedule as necessary.
Monitor production progress, ensuring that Work Order (WO) operation start/request dates are achieved as planned.
Ensure WOs with outside process operations are sent on time to suppliers.
Optimize production sequences to minimize lead times and maximize resource utilization.
Collaborate with the planner to align daily production schedules with monthly and weekly production plans.
Work with warehouse team to ensure that required materials are pulled and staged for scheduled WOs.
Evaluate potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies through outsourcing.
Provide regular updates to management on schedule adherence, highlighting any deviations and corrective actions taken.

Previous experience in a scheduling role, ideally within the oil & gas industry.
Proficient in using ERP systems and scheduling tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
