Location.
São Paulo, SP (Brazil) Role Purpose You will be part of the Financial Compliance team and will support Crop Protection and Seeds Operations.

Technical role, user, and authorization management for SAP Systems Role Design and Segregation of Duties conflict remediation related projects Understanding SAP Security in general Review critical and sensitive authorizations.
Ensure high level of compliance and user support.
Accountabilities To proactively manage and deliver change management process and continuous improvement initiatives for Finance (projects and small changes) within time, quality and cost, from requirement gathering and documentation to process fit/gap analysis, solution validation, user acceptance/regression testing, training and handover to steady state support.
Translate functional specifications into SAP role design Design of SAP security roles to meet business and compliance requirements.
GRC System administration Support various projects in regard to SAP role design, modification and maintenance Support the Change Management Process by ensuring consistency of security and roles across landscapes Support end-user Acceptance Testing/Integration testing Customized transaction technical validation Responsible for day-to-day technical support and resolution of security issues, troubleshooting sap security problems including approval procedures and all the necessary compliance Co-ordinate with functional/ABAP team Manage critical & complex issues Qualifications At Syngenta we are focused on talent - we look for committed, collaborative professionals with excellence in execution.

Essential for this position.
Qualification in Information Technology with Finance knowledge or Finance degree with strong experience in digital projects and solutions.
Qualification or certification in process design and/or system/project management methodologies desired (i.
., Agile, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, etc.).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of SAP for relevant Finance modules and other applications, hands on experience (usability and architecture).
Previous experience in ERP process support and/or ERP projects.
Process analysis skills and experience in designing, implementing, testing, and documenting of ERP and non-ERP systems, processes, and interfaces.
Project management experience.
Change management, Agile methodologies, Customer centric approach, other methodologies to drive process and system changes.
Communication and influencing skills to engage a broad network of stakeholders.
Good understanding of business end-to-end processes and internal controls necessary to safeguard the Company’s assets.
Desirable qualifications.
Intermediate or higher level of Spanish (spoken and written).
Additional Information Office located at South zone in São Paulo.
Hybrid model of work (at least 2 days on site).
No relocation support is provided.
