What you’ll do.

SAP iXp Intern – Support Consultant Location.
São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid - 3 days minimum in office) Expected start date.
June,     In a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities.
•    Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.
•    Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our client’s business.
•    Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality.
•    Capable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assets.
•    Participating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner Enablement.
What you bring.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
•    University students enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting related courses, with at least two years until graduation.
•    Knowledge of Brazilian Tax System.
•    Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows).
•    It is a plus.
Knowledge of Relational Databases (E.
..
SQL Server, etc.), SQL language and database administration.
•    Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
•    Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology process  •    Customer oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active working attitude.
•    Good problem solving & analytical ability.
•    Good customer focus & interpersonal skills.
•    English (written & spoken).
Spanish is an advantage.
