Sap Ocm Consultant - The role involves localizing a pre-defined global OCM framework to fit regional needs in Mexico and Brazil, managing execution gaps, and driving end-to-end change adoption. Key Responsibilities:Customize and execute the global OCM plan for local deployment in Mexico and/or Brazil. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategy aligned with project goals. Manage super-user networks and build change agent communities. Coordinate and deliver training programs tailored to local user groups. Identify, document, and address gaps in change readiness and adoption. Support role mapping and organizational alignment activities. Provide hands-on guidance through structured change management methodologies. Monitor change progress and adjust strategies based on feedback and data. Requirements:Minimum 8 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. Proven experience in OCM communications and training delivery. Experience working with super-users/change agents and community management. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Hands-on experience in managing change gaps and execution. Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA and/or Pharmaceutical industry projects (preferred).
