SAP PROJECT MANAGER

As a SAP Project Manager at Avvale you will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project(s) in the SAP Analytics and technology space. You will manage teams responsible for delivering project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results.  You will plan, organize, monitor, and oversee one or more SAP Analytics projects to meet the businesses defined requirements and specifications. You will be responsible for: ·         Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget ·         Manage and build relationships with the client and all stakeholders ·         Coordinate resource availability and allocation ·         Develop detailed project plan and track progress ·         Communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and help prepare a path for the project team to achieve them ·         Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects ·         Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques ·         Report and escalate to management as needed ·         Perform risk management to minimize project risks ·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ·         Proactively identify changes in work scope and take appropriate steps to amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline ·         Proactively manage project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story ·         Participate in the development of project management best practices ·         Follow prescribed project procedures as determined by management and organization Requisitos:What you’ll bring to the team ·         Written and spoken English fluency ·         5+ years of experience as a project/program manager leading SAP Analytics projects and managing software development lifecycles ·         Ability to apply your SAP Analytics background to problem solving, foreseeing and overcoming project hurdles  ·         Experience in building processes, process optimization, project management, and release schedules ·         Experience in engaging with clients and pivotal in building positive client relationship ·         Experience leading SAP projects and managing software development life cycles ·         Experience in leading Agile Projects and Process ·         Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Rally ·         PMP, Agile, Activate certificate preferred
