Job Description.
SAP Security Consultant / Analyst Location.
Remote.
To cover Africa & DOP (Dominican Rep) Habilidades.

1 Consultant to cover Africa Region/Time Zone 3 Consultants to cover DOP (Dominican Rep)Region/Time Zone Key Responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations for multiple SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
• Analyze and resolve access issues and authorization failures.
• Perform user administration, role changes, and support user provisioning processes.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining appropriate documentation and managing SoD risks.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement role changes, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Assist in the implementation and support of SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Analysis, and Mitigation).
• Participate in SAP security patching, upgrades, and system migrations.
• Monitor SAP security logs and support incident response procedures.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications.
• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP Security experience.
• Proficiency with role design, user management, and authorizations in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM).
• Good understanding of SoD principles and compliance requirements.
SOX (not for Africa region), GDPR, etc..
• Strong troubleshooting skills for access issues across SAP modules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.
Preferred Skills.
• Experience with Fiori security and HANA DB security.
• Knowledge of SAP IDM (Identity Management) or integration with other IAM tools.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud applications and BTP security is a plus.
• SAP certification in Security or GRC modules (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a security-first mindset.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
