What will I be doing?- Grow the local search operation team- Responsible day-to-day management, the regional team strategy and for driving the overall success of the team including managing prioritization, delegation etc.- Responsible for overall team delivery, through management of individual and overall team performance.
- Provide guidance, mentorship and develop high-performing team members- Led the team to establish and maintain search strategy evaluation and related investigation criteria, provided professional suggestions for the optimization of evaluation criteria- Strengthen the team's understanding of Search Ops policies.- Report, analyze, and provide insights on our quality process- Participate in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new team members- Led the team to perform policy, process & strategy localization, BPO quality management, Quality assurance, RCA, data analysis & deep dives, making reports & policy recommendations and strengthening the team's understanding of Search Ops policies.- Lead the team to continuously evaluate outcomes, manage performance, establish and optimize the workflow and SOPs, and report, analyze, and optimize quality processes to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency goals can be met.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams such as product, research & development teams to optimize search strategies and improve users' search experience.- Being responsible for landing new projects and providing high-quality training to BPO sites- Additional compatible and related responsibilities that are not necessarily listed above - 5+ years experience working on e-commerce or search operations in a major tech or media company- Knowledge about search engines, the best way to be addicted to TikTok, and familiarity with shopping apps like Amazon, Temu or other local apps.- Recent and minimum 1-year experience as Team Lead/Content Manager/ Technical Lead [Strong people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills.
- General knowledge of Search Engineering/Search engines and Search related strategies.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently- Possesses good interpersonal skills, demonstrates good judgment, training, and coaching skills- Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries, ideally have experience with different European markets/region- Outstanding natural communicator (verbal/written) with excellent language and communication skills at full proficiency level in English)Important information.
