As part of our team, which reports to EMEA Controllership org., you will join a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals having the responsibility of Brazil entity within a very fast-paced and challenging business environment.
Beyond your operational responsibilities, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership to permanently enhance our processes for safety and efficiency, as well as providing a high level of support to our Business Partners.
Core Responsibilities.
•    Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial data from various sources for reporting purposes.•    Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.•    Ensure compliance with accounting standards (USGAAP and IFRS), regulations, and company policies in all financial reporting activities.•    Perform revenue recognition analysis and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.
., ASC 606 and CPC 47)•    Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in financial performance through in-depth analysis of financial data.•    Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information and documentation.•    Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.•    Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.•    Communicate complex financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.•    Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the accounting, as needed.
Required Skills/Experience.
•    Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.•    Familiar with SOX compliance.•    ERP and Data experience required (e.
., ORACLE Financials, Hyperion, and Tableau).
•    Hands-on, crucial, and fast worker•    Results oriented, team player, willing to work in a fast-growing and challenging environment.•    Hands-on, decisive and fast worker•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.•    Be a motivator for change and able to respond quickly to various requests.•    Experienced as auditor in a big four and accountant in a multinational company..•    English spoken and writing is required.
