As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us fulfill that mission for customers around the world.
As an experienced analyst, you will apply your expertise and judgment to help shape strategic direction.
You will work cross-functionally to identify the right stakeholders in determining objectives, informing key decisions, and designing long-term solutions.
Acting independently, you will take the lead on clearly defined initiatives and see them through to completion.
Play a disruptive role when needed, challenging business partners' assumptions and offering new perspectives to help transform strategies and foster innovation.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting - Experience working in multiple finance and accounting roles - Experience with key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses - Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Proficient or Advanced English (conversation, writing and reading).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.
., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples.
