Right now, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer  experience to join our team!   You will get the chance to.
Design, develop and deploy Java applications.
Work closely with the development and architecture team to ensure solutions are scalable, high quality and efficient.
Write clean, well-documented and tested code.
Solve complex programming problems and propose innovative solutions.
Collaborate with business, design and technical teams to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.
Represent the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.
Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management and change management.
Serves as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.
Creatively pursues and effectively presents win-win scenarios for client, POD and Globant.
Through solid business acumen, builds empathy and cherishes the value of  maintaining a good relationship with the client, centered in value outcome.
Eager to question ideas and assumptions with logic and clear rationale rather than accepting the status quo.

Availability to work in person in the Paulista region.
Advanced English skills.
Proven hands-on Software Development experience working with the last versions of Java (8) as the main programming language and familiarity using functionalities like Lambdas and Java Streams.
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Experience using Kubernetes for container orchestration and management to ensure scalability and high availability of our applications.
Experience in implementation of serverless functions to enhance efficiency, promoting an agile and cost-effective architecture with Lambda.
Familiarity of developing robust and scalable Java applications using the Spring Boot framework to streamline API and service creation.
Familiarity with automation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring efficiency and quality in our development processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
Experieince developing and consuming  REST APIs to interconnect systems and enable effective communication between different architecture components.
Experienced using clouds environments such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
Knowleged of Javascript for developing dynamic and interactive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience in our web applications.
