SENIOR SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (SRE)

About the Role In this opportunity as Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will.
Deliver reliable 24x7 application operations and support.
roactively maintain, monitor, and support production and pre-production application environments and infrastructure.
evelop software using disciplined software development methodology and modern CICD capabilities.
artner with application development teams to plan and deliver operational readiness for new products and features.
ollaborate with stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, and project management in defining roadmap for applications and processes.
artner with security, platform, and service governance teams to deliver compliance with internal and external standards, expectations, and certifications.
evelop, configure, and support tools for system monitoring and/or troubleshooting.
roubleshoot and solution issues with applications and infrastructure; engage others, escalate as required.
ffectively articulate complex problems, concepts, and solutions to varied audiences.
bout youBachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Computer Science or related technical degree preferred.
years of relevant experience in software development and/or technology platform, infrastructure, or operations.
luency in both English and Portuguese languages, written and spoken.
trong experience with C#, Java, Python, or other programming/scripting language.
roficiency with DataDog, AppDynamics, or similar application observability toolset.
ractical experience with Azure or AWS services and automation.
roven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
xcellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
