We are looking for a senior software engineering manager to lead development of verification solutions.
The candidate should have experience leading software development teams and projects, and delivering maintainable, high-quality products using a structured development methodology.
Experience in large scale software development is required.
esponsibilitiesManage a team of software developers working on the Verisium Debug product.
egularly discuss performance and personal development with team members.
rovide coaching and training.
Work on hiring activities and support team growth.
erform code reviews, improve system architecture, continuously improve software development process and make sure best practices are followed by the team.
oordinate software development work with QA and Product Engineering teams.
elp set priorities, work on roadmap definition and align teamwork with organization goals and product vision.

SEE or BSCS degreeExperience leading software development teams and managing projectsKnowledge of technical fundamentals on algorithms and data structures, system design and architectureFluent EnglishNice to have.
