Activities Work side-by-side in partnership with our sales team engaging with qualified potential clients in the presales process Operate in a consultancy/advisory role to provide technical expertise, discuss approaches, solutions and the Cheesecake Labs process with guidance on product definition Participate in sales calls with potential clients to extract technical and functional requirements, or to advise where clients are not sure Document and provide high-level technical specifications, including a detailed scope of work and solution description, together with project plan and estimates to support the sales process Support the salesperson in creating proposals with technical inputs that represent the best value proposition for the potential client Support the salesperson in presenting the proposal during the stages of our pre-sales process Serve as the conduit between the sales and delivery process to help with the team onboarding and kick-off to ensure warm transfer and continuity As part of the business team, offer technical support and collaborate with the account managers to guarantee exceptional customer experience Continually research current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to expand your mind, understanding, and toolset Interact interdepartmentally and cross-functionally, including product managers, engineers, and designers in order to craft the best solution during the pre-sales process Work cooperatively and handle multiple projects with the flexibility to change focus quickly.
