Symrise – always inspiring more… Your Role Leads the full development of projects with a strategic focus on sales and profitability.
Develops, implements, and oversees global strategies for specific accounts, brands, or projects.
Influences the team, leads and develops talent, acting as a coach and technical reference.
Responds to internal and external briefs, and leads olfactive immersions and creative sessions with clients.
Manages application lab requests and ensures all client requirements are fulfilled.
Evaluates, selects, and provides feedback to supporting affiliates on project performance.
Creates proactive fragrances based on identified market opportunities and participates in market research.
Supports stability testing and quality control processes when needed.
About You Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Science or similar.
Professional with specialization and solid experience in the fragrance industry.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Strong olfactive skills.
Microsoft Office tools.
