Sr Medical Manager - Be an accountable scientific partner communicating externally and internally. Keep up to date with key developments in your TA. Gather and share insights with global, regional, and local stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the country medical strategy to support cross-functional/franchise objectives, collaborating across functions. Interpret medical data, define and execute dissemination strategies. Develop and implement country strategies for Non-Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trials, including maximizing the use of registries/RWE generation. Serve as the country medical resource for TA and product training. Share clinical insights on country MEs’ needs with Development and Commercial teams. Ensure compliance with information and communication regulations (P3 and local regulations). Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Distribute marketing samples where applicable. RequirementsDegree and postgraduate degrees in healthcare. At least 5 years of experience in the medical field within the pharmaceutical sector. Leadership experience in pre-launches and launches of new products in Brazil. Experience and knowledge of breast cancer within the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem. Previous experience in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to collaborate across borders. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
