Your Mission The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group and adding a talented Program Manager.
As a member of the Team your mission is to work alongside our product and software developer partners to identify opportunities to put science into decision making for our EV & Navigation Products.
Responsibilities include.
lead the coordination of analytical use cases in support of software, engineering and customer experience the analytics lead within the cross-functional teams tasked with the agile management of product and service Establish a process to identify, track, deliver, and communicate analytics team projects and partner tasks Escalate project risks with cost/ benefit assessments and recommendations in a timely manner Building trust with the software, product and engineering teams to act as a conduit of knowledge ensure analytical research and analysis is cataloged in a timely manner for all teams to access deliver presentations on analytical topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences drive a single point of view of project status across senior leadership and managers in analytics and software Build trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge Requisitos.
Top Performers will be able to demonstrate actively build relationships with partner teams to increase your sphere of influence be sought after as an expert and thought leader, delivering spontaneous successes for the team grow with the team by seeking feedback and offering appropriate and timely feedback from others innovate to uncover new opportunities to serve our customers and the business proven experience in executing projects and finding the best questions to drive the best results Skills Solid skills technical project management experience within technology, software, digital or gaming industries Experience in Kanban, SCRUM and or tradition waterfall methodologies JIRA and Confluence or other project management tracking tool experience PMP is a plus Prior experience working with big data environment and cloud services, is a plus Experience within the automotive industry is a plus Your Platform A truly global company, we have headquarters in Amsterdam, Paris, Turin, and Auburn Hills.
