Your role in our team   Developing and implementing global account strategies for our strategic accounts within the Pharma-, Biotech and Cell & Gene industry “Face to the customer” - centrally managing the customer relationship and interface, customer satisfaction, strategic and global spanning topics e.

steering- / escalation and contract management Creating value solutions and quantifying value for our key customers; in that regards also working with Product Management to further develop our product portfolio Providing management support and management consulting to customers for global MES programs Reporting to executive management in regards to corporate and business objectives for assigned key accounts Advancing our Strategic Account Management methodology     Your profile   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
