STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION DIRECTOR

Your key responsibilities Leads and manages the global strategic teams of M&A, Pricing, Change Management, Business Transformation; processes (business vitality, CRM, budget and forecasting, credit management) Motivates and mentor a team in line with Firmenich core values and competencies.
Leading strategic projects and provide expertise in project management and change management.
Ensures alignment and focus across the affiliates.
Contributes actively to the business strategy of Taste Business and its targets for sales, profit and other KPI's.
Contributes to effective implementation of Overall Company Strategies, including alignment of resources.
Contributes to achieving key KPIs beyond sales and profit, such as win rate, operational rule compliance, ensure proper cost tracking.
and to ensure that affiliate plans, identification, qualification and prioritization of opportunities/gaps are balanced between markets and categories.

Critical analysis and handling of databases.
Previous flavors/fragrance/ingredient sales experience, ideally international.
Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to prepare/analyse scenarios/trade-offs and simplify complex issues.
