SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS

The Position As the Sustainability Coordinator for Environmental Programs, you will be responsible for driving the environmental sustainability strategy called Circular for Zero, and for executing the take-back pilot in Brazil and its expansion, implementing the best viable solutions given the regulatory environment as well as safety and quality standards.
You will have to manage the overall local program and collaborate closely with external partners and internal stakeholders in Brazil, LATAM and Head Quarters.
Other responsibilities will include.
Monitor and consolidate the program implementation, roadmaps, timelines for replication at scale aligned with the regional and global guidelines and targets.
Prospect and establish new partnerships for the development of the program.
Develop and implement all the communication and strategies working along with internal and external stakeholders, conducting trainings sessions, assessing required resources, funding, capabilities, approvals for scaling, among others.
Participate in external circular economy / recycling groups and events.
Monitoring of local legislation and regulatory framework related to the program, also working with environmental reports and data analysis.
Qualifications You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Post Degree, Specialization or Master`s Degree in Environmental Issues is a plus.
Advanced in English and fluent in Portuguese.
Experience with sustainability/environment programs (e.
., Reverse logistics, recycling, circular economy, waste management, among others) Experience with environmental reports and data analysis.
It will be considered as an asset if you have background working with projects within the healthcare/medical waste.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and cross functional skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
