TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER (MONTES CLAROS)

Talent Acquisition Partner (Montes Claros) - This position is based in Montes Claros (MG), at our manufacturing site, with relocation support available. It plays a critical role in supporting recruitment across different levels and business areas, both locally andwhen requiredacross the Americas region. The TAP will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in talent attraction and acquisition, supporting business needs while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and enhancing the employer brand. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert in talent acquisition, advising HRBPs and business leaders on workforce implications of organizational changes Actively contribute to workforce planning discussions and recruitment strategy definition Collaborate with sourcing partners to forecast talent needs and provide labor market insights Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Employer Value Proposition is well represented throughout the recruitment process Identify and lead key strategic opportunities, leveraging resources to implement impactful solutions within the function, site, region, or country Guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all touchpoints Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Relevant experience and/or certifications in HR functions Proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in multinational companies and/or production site environments Advanced English Proficiency in strategic thinking, data analysis, and stakeholder management Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques, diversity strategies and working in complex organizational structures Additional Information This is a hybrid position based in Montes Claros, MG, with on-site presence required once a week. During high-volume recruitment periods or bulk hiring, on-site presence may be required more frequently, depending on business needs Relocation support is available for candidates not currently based in the region Competitive compensation and benefits offered
