Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Your mission is to identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional candidates across a wide range of roles. This is a high-impact role that directly fuels our hiring pipeline and helps build the foundation of our future teams. What Youll DoPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Source passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, social media, online communities, and creative sourcing strategies. Build and manage talent pipelines across priority roles and functions. Engage candidates with compelling outreach that reflects our brand and values. Maintain accurate records in our ATS and sourcing tools (e. G. , Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter). Contribute to talent mapping, market research, and diversity sourcing initiatives. What Were Looking For1+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in headhunting or RPO models. Proven ability to find and engage passive talent for a variety of roles. Strong communication and writing skills, especially in outreach and candidate engagement. Preferable if proficient with sourcing tools and platforms (e. G. , LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Hiretual, Google X-ray, etc. ). Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Please note this is an office work model.
